SMOKED STUFFING INGREDIENTS: 10 Cups of Dry Bread 2 Cups Onion, Diced 1 Cup Celery, Diced 1/4 Cup Parsley, Chopped 1 TBSP Thyme Leaves, Minced 1 TSP Salt 1 TSP Pepper 2 Cups of Chicken Broth 2 Eggs 3/4 Cup of Butter DIRECTIONS: On the stove-top in a medium skillet melt 3/4 cup of butter, add 2 cups of diced onion and 1 cup of diced celery, saute until onions are translucent and celery is tender. Place 10 cups of dry bread crumbs into a big mixing bowl, add the onion and celery mixture from the stove and mix well....

Pumpkin Cheesecake Pie

PUMPKIN CHEESECAKE PIE INGREDIENTS: 1 Ready Crust Graham Cracker Pie Crust 12 OZ. Cream Cheese, Softened 1/2 Cup Sugar 1 1/2 TSP. Pumpkin Pie Spice 1 Cup 100% Pure Pumpkin Pie (canned) 2 Eggs DIRECTIONS: At medium speed, mix together 12 ounce softened cream cheese, 1/2 cup of sugar and 1 1/2 teaspoon of pumpkin pie spice. Stir in 1 cup of 100% pure pumpkin and 2 eggs. Mix until well blended. Pour into the crust and bake at 350° for 40 minutes. Cool. Refrigerate for 3 hours or overnight.
