Smoke Chief 2.0 Cold Smoke Generator
Smoke Chief 2.0 is a stainless steel version of the original Smoke Chief along with numerous upgrades and features. This stainless steel Smoke Chief pumps out an amazing amount of cold smoke and can easily be connected to any grill or other cabinet to turn it into a smoker. The Smoke Chief 2.0 is fueled using barbecue pellets and plugging the unit into a standard power outlet.
New features on the Smoke Chief 2.0 include an oversized copper barrel for more smoke output and reduction in creosote build-up; a brushed stainless steel cabinet for extreme durability; additional laser-cut vents for increased airflow and cooling; a dual ball-bearing fan and aluminum housed for reduced heat transfer and enhanced power; and a more durable power switch for increased longevity.
The Smoke Chief works by simply filling up the tube with BBQ pellets then plug it in and you’re ready to go. On most grills it sits next to the grill and pipes the smoke in through the rotisserie hole that is already available. Smoke Chief operates on 12VDC or 110AC power (a standard household outlet).

Big Chief Drying/Grilling Screens (5 Pack)
Our drying screens are newly designed to give you more versatility when smoking and grilling. Now safe for temperatures up to 550° Fahrenheit (288° Celsius)! The screens are non-stick, dishwasher safe and designed to fit the Big Chief Electric Smoker, however, they also work excellent with all grills, smokers and dehydrators.
The non-stick drying and grilling screens are made of premium PTFE Teflon and are food safe with FDA approval. Simply place your food on the screens on the grills or grates of your smoker, grill or dehydrator. They eliminate your food from falling through the grates, and best of all, prevents your food from sticking to the grill grates.
The screens are perfect for all your smoked and grilled foods, including jerky, salmon, trout, other fish, vegetables, beef, pork, cheese, nuts, seafood and more! Packaging also includes the Smokehouse Original Smoked Salmon Recipe, plus a link to watch the recipe video.

Big Chief Heating Element
The heating element model used in the Big Chief Electric Smokers has changed over time. If you need to replace your current heating element in your smoker, you should do so with the exact same size and model that is currently installed. To determine which size and model you need to order, it is best to carefully remove the current heating element (be sure the smoker is unplugged and off, and the element is cold to the touch) and measure its exact size to know which new one to order. Refer to the below descriptions for details on the size and models.
