Square Replacement Drip Pan for the Big Chief Smokers. The Drip Pan is made of galvanized steel. When using your Drip Pan, spray it with non-stick cooking spray to help with cleanup. The Drip Pan should be cleaned regularly. Simply slip it into a sink of warm soapy water and after a short soak it will wipe clean easily.

The heating element model used in the Big Chief Electric Smokers has changed over time. If you need to replace your current heating element in your smoker, you should do so with the exact same size and model that is currently installed. To determine which size and model you need to order, it is best to carefully remove the current heating element (be sure the smoker is unplugged and off, and the element is cold to the touch) and measure its exact size to know which new one to order. Refer to the below descriptions for details on the size and models.
