Square Replacement Drip Pan for the Big Chief, Little Chief and Mini Chief Electric Smokers. The Drip Pan is made of galvanized steel. When using your Drip Pan, spray it with non-stick cooking spray to help with cleanup. The Drip Pan should be cleaned regularly. Simply slip it into a sink of warm soapy water and after a short soak it will wipe clean easily.

The heating element model used in the Big Chief and Little Chief Electric Smokers has changed over time. The elements in the Big Chief and the Little Chief are also different. If you need to replace your current heating element in your smoker, you should do so with the exact same size and model that is current installed. To determine which size and model you need to order, it is best to carefully remove the current heating element (be sure the smoker is unplugged and off, and the element is cold to the touch) and measure its exact size to know which new one to order. Refer to the below descriptions for details on the size and models.

For the Big Chief, refer to the following "U-shaped" heating element sizes and models...

• Element #2: 7-1/2 in. long
• Element #3: 10 in. long
• Element #6: 10-3/4 in. long

For the Little Chief, refer to the following "O-shaped" heating element sizes and models...

The wrap-around Smoker Insulation Blanket is the newest innovation for keeping the heat in your smoker during extreme weather conditions and promotes very even smoking and heat consistency.
These are one size fits all, so if you have a Big Chief Smoker, the Insulation Blanket will go all the way around the unit, and if you have a Little Chief Smoker, it will go around almost twice, with Velcro provided as a closer.

Quick wing nut and bolt connectors fasten right onto the Big Green Egg nest. Adjust the shelf to the right height and angle and connect the Smoke Chief with the draft adapter (included). The draft adapter fits right into the slide draft controls for all the Big Green Egg model grills. We’ve been making jerky in our smokers since 1968, and we’re proud to say this is our favorite jerky gun ever. It’s packed with features and can produce a lot of jerky and pepperoni snack sticks in a hurry.
