How it works
The Mimi Moto works as a forced air gasifier stove by gasifying wood instead of burning it directly (like in an open fire). The extracted gasses burn as a clean and controllable flame through the use of the integrated variable fan. For greatest efficiency and consistency, it's recommended to burn hardwood BBQ pellets in the Mimi Moto.

The Mimi Moto can burn any biomass, including wood sticks found in the backcountry, but the best source of fuel for the Mimi Moto is Smokehouse BBQ Pellets. 100% All-natural hardwoods, with premium flavor, high BTU's and no additives, binders or chemicals. Take your Mimi Moto off grid with the optional 6 watt solar panel to charge the stove’s internal battery. The solar panel has a 5 volt USB output that makes it possible to directly charge cell phones and other USB powered devices! The 11+ foot long cable gives users the option to safely charge indoors (whether it's in your tent or your home), while the solar panel is outside in direct sunlight.
