It is easy to attach the Smoke Chief cold smoke generator to a Big Green Egg barbecue grill. This will allow you to use your Big Green Egg as a cold smoker, or to add smoke to the charcoal grilling you are already doing on your Big Green Egg.

The Smoke Chief uses BBQ Pellets to add only smoke, no additional heat to your cooking experience. It’s easy to get amazing results from your Big Green Egg on things like cheese, nuts, deviled eggs, vegetables, fruits and anything you don’t want to heat up while your smoking. You may also connect the Smoke Chief to add intense smoke to any other BBQ activities on your Big Green Egg. The Smoke Chief uses any BBQ Pellet so you have a variety of smoke flavors to choose from. We do recommend using Smokehouse Products BBQ Pellets because we know you'll get optimum performance and flavor.

The Smoke Chief adapter for the Big Green Egg fits all models of Big Green Egg grills. Using the bracket, the Smoke Chief is positioned for quick easy connection to the draft control on your Big Green Egg. The bracket is designed to fit Big Green Egg nests for Medium, Large and Extra Large Big Green Egg barbecue grills. You will be set up to smoke in minutes with your Big Green Egg and the Smoke Chief. Quick wing nut and bolt connectors fasten right onto the Big Green Egg nest. Adjust the shelf to the right height and angle and connect the Smoke Chief with the draft adapter (included). The draft adapter fits right into the slide draft controls for all the Big Green Egg model grills. The draft adapter can also be used separately from the adapter shelf meaning the Smoke Chief can be connected in almost any way imaginable.

Smoke Chief 2.0 Cold Smoke Generator

Smoke Chief 2.0 is a stainless steel version of the original Smoke Chief along with numerous upgrades and features. This stainless steel Smoke Chief pumps out an amazing amount of cold smoke and can easily be connected to any grill or other cabinet to turn it into a smoker. The Smoke Chief 2.0 is fueled using barbecue pellets and plugging the unit into a standard power outlet. 

New features on the Smoke Chief 2.0 include an oversized copper barrel for more smoke output and reduction in creosote build-up; a brushed stainless steel cabinet for extreme durability; additional laser-cut vents for increased airflow and cooling; a dual ball-bearing fan and aluminum housed for reduced heat transfer and enhanced power; and a more durable power switch for increased longevity.

Add delicious wood smoke flavor to everything you grill or barbecue!  Pacific Northwest Alder Grilling Planks add a delicate smoke flavor while retaining a slightly sweet quality. Perfect for poultry, fish, pork, vegetables and more.

Smokehouse Grilling Planks are NOT thin wafers of wood. They are a super thick 3/8” plank that are also 11" L (27.94 cm) L or 15" L (38.1 cm) and 5” W (12.7 cm) in size. Plenty big for a large fillet of salmon or even a family full of chicken breasts.

Smokehouse Jerky Gun

We’ve been making jerky in our smokers since 1968, and we’re proud to say this is our favorite jerky gun ever. It’s packed with features and can produce a lot of jerky and pepperoni snack sticks in a hurry.

The Smokehouse Jerky Gun comes with two stainless steel tips, one for making jerky strips and the other for round snack sticks (which is what we love to use for making pepperoni). The mechanism is made of corrosion resistant metal for years of trouble free service. The tube is one of the largest in the industry and can handle nearly 1 lb. of ground meat per load. Making your own homemade jerky and pepperoni is easy to do.
