Officially stamped a “Smokehouse Favorite” by our staff, the Wide Gas Smoker is large enough to handle Texas’ biggest brisket and pumps out an amazing temperature range of 180°F all the way up to 500°F? We love having the versatility of this temperature range so we can smoke just about anything. Ribs? Brisket? Jerky? Sausage? Steaks? Turkeys? No problem with this smoker… and we especially like smoking dozens of hamburgers at once for an afternoon cookout!
So here are some of the details and features that make the Wide Gas Smoker so versatile, yet simple to use. First off, the premium rotary igniter starts the smoker instantly. For your wood, the flame centered wood box can burn everything from wood chips to wood chunks to BBQ pellets, and the lid is properly vented to release all the smoke you’d want. The cabinet itself is constructed of sturdy, heavy duty steel with side steel handles and a fully insulated stainless steel door that has a magnetic latch. Inside, you’ll have a 916 square inch cooking area with four adjustable chrome-plated steel cooking grills that are dishwasher safe and easy to clean. Below the grills sits a water/drip pan where you can place your favorite apple juice blend for your ribs or just use it to catch all the drippings.
If you’re looking for a smoker to do it all, well, you’ve found a premium option that’ll last a long time… way longer than a Texas outlaw can hold his booze… and that’s a long time!
